Product Description
The mud gun is designed for drilling mud tank agitation and sediment prevention in solids control systems.
It uses high-pressure drilling fluid to create strong jet flow inside the tank, preventing solids settlement and maintaining uniform mud properties.
The equipment is widely used in oil & gas drilling, HDD drilling and mud circulation systems.
Main Features
-
Strong jet agitation performance
-
Prevents solids sedimentation
-
Improves mud circulation efficiency
-
Simple and reliable structure
-
Easy installation and maintenance
-
Long service life
-
Suitable for harsh drilling environments
Working Principle
High-pressure drilling fluid enters the mud gun through the pipeline and is sprayed into the mud tank through nozzles.
The strong jet flow agitates the drilling fluid and prevents solid particles from settling at the bottom of the tank.
Applications
Widely used in:
-
Oil & gas drilling
-
Solids control systems
-
Mud circulation systems
-
HDD drilling projects
-
Drilling fluid tanks
-
Mud mixing systems
