The vertical cutting dryer is designed for oilfield drilling waste treatment and drilling cuttings recovery applications. It is mainly used to recover drilling fluids from drilling cuttings and reduce oil content in cuttings, helping operators lower waste disposal costs and improve drilling fluid recycling efficiency. The equipment is widely used in oil-based mud (OBM) drilling waste management systems.

Working Principle
The drilling cuttings enter the rotating screen basket through the feeding device.
Under centrifugal force, liquid passes through the screen openings while solids are discharged from the outlet.
Recovered drilling fluid can be reused in the active mud system.
