The Oil and Gas Field Enhancement System is a comprehensive solution designed to enhance well production, with its core objective being to overcome the extraction challenges of low-productivity reservoirs. Mainstream technologies fall into two categories: first, reservoir modification, including fracturing (using high pressure to prop open rock formations) and acidizing (dissolving blockages); second, production optimization, such as enhanced oil recovery (injecting agents to displace oil) and intelligent control. The system can be adapted to different reservoir types, extending the well's lifespan and improving recovery rates, making it crucial for enhancing oilfield efficiency.
We provide complete, customizable enhancement solutions – from high-pressure pumping and blending to chemical dosing and nitrogen generation – available in skid-mounted, trailer-mounted, and truck-mounted configurations to suit any operation, onshore or offshore.

Application Description
Q1 What is an oil and gas field enhancement system?
A It is an integrated set of equipment used to increase production from oil and gas wells by applying stimulation techniques such as hydraulic fracturing, acidizing, and nitrogen injection.
Q2 What are the main methods of enhancement?
A The two primary methods are hydraulic fracturing (using high-pressure fluid to fracture rock) and acidizing (using acid to dissolve formation damage and improve permeability).
Q3 What equipment is included in a typical system?
A A complete system includes fracturing pump skids, acidizing pump skids, blending/mixing skids, chemical dosing units, liquid nitrogen skids, fluid supply tanks, sand storage/conveying, manifolds, and centralized control systems.
Q4 What is the maximum pressure and power of your pumping units?
A Our fracturing pump units deliver up to 140 MPa (20,000+ PSI) with single-unit power up to 6,000 HP.
Q5 What are the available mounting configurations?
A Skid-mounted (crane-liftable), trailer-mounted (road-legal), truck-mounted (self-propelled), and offshore / vessel-mounted.
Q6 Do you offer electric drive options?
A Yes. Our electric fracturing skids offer zero emissions, lower noise, reduced fuel costs, and have been successfully deployed in greenfield projects.
Q7 What is the delivery lead time?
A Standard configurations 8–16 weeks. Custom designs may take longer depending on complexity.
Q8 Can the system be used offshore?
A Yes. We provide DNV-certified offshore solutions with marine-grade corrosion protection, explosion-proof design, and compact footprint for platform and vessel operations.
Q9 Is the system automated?
A Yes. Our systems feature centralized PLC/SCADA control with real-time monitoring of pressure, flow rate, density, and chemical injection.
Q10 What is the nitrogen injection capability?
A Our nitrogen systems deliver up to 900 Nm³/h at 35 MPa (5,000 PSI) , suitable for gas lifting, foam fracturing, and acidizing.
Q11 What proppant (sand) capacity do your blenders handle?
A Our blending units handle up to 200 BBL capacity.
Q12 Is the system certified?
A Yes – API, ISO, and CE certified, meeting international industry standards.
Q13 Do you provide installation and commissioning support?
A Yes – we provide drawings, installation guidance, on-site commissioning, and operator training.
Q14 What spare parts do you provide?
A Pump valves and seats, packing seals, high-pressure fittings, chemical dosing pumps, sensors, and all wear parts.
Q15 Can the system be customized?
A Yes – any pressure rating, any flow rate, any configuration – built to your reservoir and site requirements.
