Product Description
The desander is designed for efficient removal of sand particles from drilling fluids in solids control systems.
It is the second-stage solids control equipment after the shale shaker, mainly used to separate solid particles sized 47-76 microns from drilling mud, improving drilling fluid performance and reducing equipment wear.

Working Principle
The drilling fluid enters the hydrocyclone through centrifugal pressure.
Under centrifugal force, heavier sand particles are separated and discharged from the bottom outlet, while cleaned drilling fluid flows back into the mud system.
