ZCQ series vacuum degasser is a special equipment to get rid of invaded gas, can wipe off the invaded gas soon, and play an important role in recalling drilling mud proportion, keeping mud performance. At the same time, it can also be an agitator with big power, suitable for variable kinds of drilling fluids purification systems
It is typically installed after the shale shaker and before the desander/desilter in the drilling fluid circulation system. The vacuum degasser is widely used in oil & gas drilling, geothermal drilling, HDD drilling and drilling fluid recycling systems.

Working Principle
Gas-cut drilling mud enters the vacuum chamber, where negative pressure rapidly separates free and entrained gas from the drilling fluid.
The separated gas is discharged through the vacuum system, while the degassed drilling fluid is pumped back into the active mud system for further processing.
